The CBS team comprise: two directors, Melody Cammock and Corent McDonald. Each brings to the company specialisations in business development and strategic marketing respectively. In addition, the company has a Media Production Executive, a Public Relations Executive and a Graphic Designer (all tertiary trained graduates).
Founder Melody Cammock & Corent McDonald have over 25 years of marketing experience combined, holding offices at the highest levels in corporate Jamaica & the UK respectively. The partners are both Masters Certified with MA and MBA respectively. Corent and Melody have spent time studying and working in diverse settings overseas. By consistently utilising cutting edge innovations coupled with a zest to express avant-garde strategies they have been able to successfully design and implement marketing and communications plans characterised by creativity, vision, uniqueness and success.
Both directors have an acute awareness of the global perspective and therefore perform with international industry standards in the forefront of their consciousness. Corent’s philosophy states, ‘When faced with challenges imagine the possibilities and strive to surpass even your own expectations’. This viewpoint coupled with Melody’s belief that “some people succeed because they are destined to but most people succeed because they are determined to’ drives the dynamic duo to strive to leave their mark on the fast-paced local, regional and international marketing arena.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate from the Florida International University in the area of Communications with a specialisation in Public Relations; she brings energy, youth, thoroughness and creativity tinged with the right amount of meticulousness to her role. Her communication skills include effective writing (features, speeches and press releases), event management and media relations. Joni is now a consultant and is pursuing her masters in Public Relations at the University of Westminster in London. |
